Hello everyone! Just a friendly reminder!

 ●Pre-purchase exams are at the buyer's expense. I can recommend a couple of vets in the area if you’d like. Once you get the horse home, your after-the-fact vet check means nothing. All PPEs must be done prior to the horse leaving our facility. If you need assistance finding a vet, I can also help you. 

●Buyers are more than welcome to come to our farm to see the horse and try the horse. You are welcome to bring your trainer, friends, or family to view the horse! We like to keep it family-friendly, but you ride at your own risk. 

●We sell many horses sight unseen, but that is the decision of the buyer and we never tell people not to come. Please do not come if you have no intention of buying a horse because that is a waste of everyone’s time.

 ●With the market the way it is, we highly recommend a deposit, but we will never push an interested party to place a deposit on a horse. If you do place a deposit on a horse, then we do hold the horse for you for five days. If there is no deposit placed, the horse is for sale to anyone. A horse is only held on deposits. $100 of any deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. A PPE must be done within 5 days (unless the vet cannot get to said barn in 5 days). After the PPE, the balance is owed on the horse. 

●IF said horse is being sold on payments *this applies only for J&K Horses* you will owe an extra $200 per month ON TOP of the agreed selling price. For example: Said horse sold for 4k, you need 2 months to pay, that's 4400 total owed. We are being nice enough to work with families to provide payment options; this is only fair. Horses cost money. Vet, farrier, food, etc. *This does not apply if a deposit is placed and we are working out hauling* 

●After the horse is sold, in 5 days, if hauling is not set up, we will charge a boarding fee of $10 per day. This is due before the horse is picked up, and a horse will not leave if board is not paid. This only applies if there isn't a set day for pick up yet. 

●If we are aware of any health issues or concerns, they will be mentioned prior to purchase. I’ll happily tell you how long we have had a horse in our possession. Also, feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like! We try to give as much background on a horse as we know! 

●All sales are FINAL. There are no money-back guarantees under any circumstance. Everything is sold AS IS. 

●We no longer offer off-site trials of any sort. Buyer is more than welcome to visit a said horse as many times as they please as long as said horse is available with no other deposit placed. 

●We accept payment under: PayPal and Venmo (friends and family), Cashapp, Zelle, Cash, Wire transfer, or invoice using a card through Square (certain % fee applies)

 ●WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CHECKS!!! 

●I will happily speak to any trainer in person, over the phone, by text, Facebook, etc., but do that before your client buys the horse or while your client is purchasing the horse. Trainers are there to help and guide the client before, during, and after the purchase.

 ●Every horse leaves here with a signed bill of sale/change in ownership by both seller and buyer. These must be signed in person or by email. A horse is not to leave the property without a signed bill of sale. 

●We are located in Pennsylvania. Shipping can be arranged; we do have a list with a few well-known, trusted haulers.

●We sell quality family, trail, and ranch horses. All horses we offer for sale are ridden and tested by us before they are offered for sale. 

●J&K Horses and their agents assume no responsibility for the performance of any animal and are not responsible for accidents, sickness, injury, or death. J&K Horses represents, advertises, and sells all animals to the best of their ability and knowledge. We can only guarantee a horse as it stands on our property.

●All sales are final! No cash refunds! All horses sold as is! No exceptions on any horse.
